Tartaglia is a Livonia native and has coached at a variety of levels from youth to high school. Mario is currently the head coach of the Boys Varsity Soccer team at Walled Lake Northern High School where in the past two years has won the LVC Tournament twice and amassed a 12-3-2 record in 2022. He is also the head coach of the Girls Varsity Soccer team at Garden City High School where they have won the WWAC Division in 2023, compiled a 12-5-3 record and reached the District finals over the past two years. 

Mario currently holds a USSF ‘C” License..
