Livonia City FC is proud to announce that Emily Theisen is rejoining our Women’s First Team staff as Assistant Coach. She played for the club in 2018 and 2019, before joining the staff at the beginning of last season after suffering an ACL tear. Emily continues the recovery process for her injury and hopes to be playing again by the end of this season.
Prior to LCFC, Emily played 4 years for Adrian College as a midfielder. She also has coaching experience with Pacesetter Soccer Club from 2016 to 2017.
Club President, Craig Beebe, said: “We’re glad to have Emily back involved with the club for another season. While we hope she recovers well from her injury and gets back to playing, we know she’ll be a great addition to the Women’s staff and a great resource for our players.”
